The Usman Public School System believes in developing the overall personality of its students as well as honing leadership qualities in them. Thus, an Academic Calendar is drafted to ensure that all effective and relevant activities are scheduled timely in all the campuses, for instance the Students’ Weeks, Academic Excursions, Science Fair, Spelling Bee Competitions, Book Fairs, Debates, Speech Competitions, Poetry Elocution, Art Competitions, Writing Competitions in Urdu and English etc. Morning assemblies are organized and conducted by the council. The Pakistan Tour is also organized for the Boys Campuses. In addition to this, a Volunteer Program for Community Service is organized annually.
